Mt Desolation, Lissie, Mumford & Sons For Club Night

Regular club night Communion has announced details of a musical takeover project of London’s Flowerpot venue next week.

The Communion label and club night, run by Mumford & Sons’ Ben Lovett, Cherbourg’s Kevin Jones and producer Ian Grimble, will takeover the Kentish Town venue for 7 days, where a selection of band’s and artists will partake in the one-off collaborative recording process and evening live shows.

The likes of Mt Desolation, Lissie, Angus & Julia Stone, Kill It Kid, Matthew & The Atlas and members of Mumford & Sons will spend the week working on new songs together, alongside a host of new artists.

The venue will become open to the public in the evenings, for a series of special one-off live shows by the artists that are working on the record during the day.

Entrance to the shows are free on a first come first served basis, with doors opening at 7pm.
